Lead development of data pipelines and orchestration, resolve production issues, mentor juniors, and maintain code quality while working across multiple initiatives in a shared services environment. Key Responsibilities • Develop PySpark transformations for varied formats (Avro, JSON, CSV); implement Terraform scripting and DevOps processes. • Lead initiatives with FTR (First Time Right), own delivery, and enforce code quality via reviews, unit testing, CI/CD, and standards. • Reduce technical debt/vulnerabilities; mentor team members for collaboration and innovation. • Collaborate with product, cloud security, LOB, network security, and DevOps teams. • Troubleshoot issues, document systems/code, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
