Role: Data Engineer / Data Analytics Lead
Location: Denver CO Day one Onsite
Role Type : Long Term Contract
Role Summary:
β’ The Data analytics Lead will oversee the data analytics team, ensuring the smooth functioning of data pipelines, monitoring systems, and overall data framework. They will act as the main point of contact between the client and offshore teams, driving performance optimization and issue resolution.

β’ Data Warehouse & Reporting/Analytics Services,
β’ The role requires in-depth expertise in the data warehouse environment, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing configuration changes.
Responsibilities:
β’ Investigate and resolve escalated incidents that L2 support cannot address.
β’ Perform minor enhancements and configuration changes as needed to resolve issues.
β’ Replicate production issues in non-prod environments for root cause analysis and work with L2 to resolve.
β’ Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for major incidents and identify permanent fixes.
β’ Monitor, maintain, and enhance data pipelines and reporting frameworks, ensuring business continuity.
β’ Work on fixing analytics APIs (AWS Lambda, Elasticsearch) and ensure API monitoring.
β’ Provide inputs for process improvements and automation opportunities within support operations.
β’ Assist in enhancing reports with additional fields and manage ad hoc requests for dashboard generation.
Required Skills:
β’ 6+ years of experience in data support and operations, with exposure to complex issue resolution.
β’ AWS and Snowflake and SQL and Python and (Kibana or Tableau or Dataiku)
Strong knowledge in:
β’ AWS (Lambda, Elasticsearch) β Required
β’ Snowflake, SQL, Python β Required
β’ Kibana, Tableau, Dataiku β Desirable
β’ Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills for data pipelines, dashboards, and API monitoring.
β’ Experience in performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing permanent fixes.
β’ Experience working with cross-functional teams (infrastructure, L4 support, development teams).
β’ Strong documentation skills for reporting and knowledge management.
β’ Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external technology vendors.
