Job Title: Data Engineer - MO Location: St. Louis, MO Pay Range: $74 What's the Job? • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management. • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions. • Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Data Management business solutions. • Strategically engage with personnel to ensure effective data governance and management practices. • Set standards, policies, and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality, and remediation. What's Needed? • Deep experience and hands-on experience in data engineering. • Prior experience in a Data Services team, preferably at Wells Fargo. • Strong analytical and inductive thinking skills. • Ability to deliver innovative solutions to complex data challenges. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with various stakeholders.
