What's the Job?
โข Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management.
โข Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering long-term, large-scale solutions.
โข Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Data Management business solutions.
โข Strategically engage with personnel to ensure effective data governance and management practices.
โข Set standards, policies, and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality, and remediation.

โข Deep experience and hands-on experience in data engineering.
โข Prior experience in a Data Services team, preferably at Wells Fargo.
โข Strong analytical and inductive thinking skills.
