Hiring: AWS Cloud Engineer - 12 Month Contract
We’re hiring AWS Cloud Engineers to support a technology-led organisation as they scale and modernise their AWS platform across multiple long-term projects.
This role is hands-on and delivery-focused, working on serverless and data-driven architectures with real ownership over solutions.
What you’ll be working on
• Building and optimising AWS serverless & data platforms
• Designing clean, scalable architectures
• Automating infrastructure and pipelines for performance and reliability
Key skills
• Strong experience with AWS Glue
• Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK
• AWS data services: Glue, S3, Athena, ETL pipelines
• Databases: DynamoDB, Aurora PostgreSQL (Oracle or SQL Server a plus)
• AWS certifications desirable
Role details
• 12-month contract (high likelihood of extension)
• Fully remote / flexible working
• Long-term project pipeline
• Collaborative engineering environment with genuine technical ownership
