Role Overview:
We’re seeking a mid-level Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and analytic solutions across both on-premises and cloud platforms. You’ll collaborate with architects, BI developers, analysts, and data scientists to create reliable, scalable data assets that drive insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and deploy ELT/ETL processes across multiple sources, targets, and tools.
• Design and build data models with guidance from senior team members, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards.
• Provide operational support for data warehouses, datasets, and pipelines.
• Collaborate with business partners to address dataset availability, structure, and potential biases.
• Adhere to SDLC best practices and ensure PHI/PII data is handled securely.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, helping refine technical requirements and recommend solutions.
• Contribute to the Data Engineering Community of Practice and coach less experienced team members.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant data engineering experience.
• Experience with ELT/ETL processes, data modeling, and troubleshooting data systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and Agile development environments.
