We are sourcing a Data Engineer (Tableau and ETL) to work at our client's location in Westlake, TX.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
• Strong expertise in SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server) is a must and Python for data manipulation and automation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL technologies and practical experience using Alteryx Designer for workflow creation and optimization.
• Extensive experience in Tableau and Power BI, including advanced visualization techniques and dashboard performance tuning.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Solid understanding of data models (relational and dimensional) and ETL/ELT concepts/tools.
• API integration experience is required.
• Ability to set up monitoring, alerts, and auditing for data workflows.
• Solid grasp of data governance fundamentals, including data security, standards, and process refinement.
• Front end experience.
MUST HAVE: OBIEE, OAS (Oracle Analytics), some Power BI
