About The Project We are currently seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the Data, Analytics & Insights team as part of a global healthcare leader’s Digital and Commercial Strategy. The company focuses on improving everyday health for women and their families, investing in Women’s Health, expanding access to biosimilars, and delivering trusted health solutions worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to shape data-driven solutions in a dynamic, international environment. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain scalable data products that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. • Develop and optimize systems to ingest, process, and store data from various sources, ensuring seamless integration with data products. • Architect and implement data models, databases, and warehouses tailored to support innovative data products and solutions. • Create efficient structures and pipelines for organizing, storing, and delivering data in ways that maximize usability and insights. • Ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of data within all data products and platforms. • Define and uphold standards, guidelines, and best practices for data product engineering. • dentify, design, and implement improvements to enhance the functionality, performance, and scalability of data products. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data products with business objectives and stakeholder needs. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on building and delivering data products. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Snowflake, including designing and managing Snowflake-powered data products. • Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL, with a focus on developing data solutions. • Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing data engineering standards and strategies for data product development. • Experience with integration tools such as Informatica and AWS Glue, particularly in the context of data product pipelines. • Strong understanding of data modeling techniques and their application to develop robust data products. • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and their role in hosting and scaling data products. • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues in data products. • Proven ability to collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful data products. • Experience in supporting AI-driven initiatives through data products. • Prior involvement in data product implementation is highly desirable. • Based in Czechia or Slovakia • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) Why Join Us? • Work on impactful projects in the energy sector with a focus on sustainability • Be part of a multinational team of experts • Flexible location for the right candidate • No overtime or weekend work – we value work-life balance Perks • Fully remote job (within CZ or SK) • Salary: 7.000-8.000 Kč/MD • Type of contract: B2B Ready to apply?
