This division plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines that power mission-critical finance applications. You'll be joining a team that thrives on ownership, technical rigor, and the ability to communicate effectively across data and business stakeholders. This is a chance to leave your mark on systems that directly impact decision-making at enterprise scale. โ€ข Core Responsibilities โ€ข Design, build, and manage robust SQL-based ETL pipelines โ€ข Leverage AutoSys (or similar) for job scheduling and orchestration โ€ข Collaborate with upstream data providers and troubleshoot delivery or schema issues โ€ข Translate complex data requirements into scalable engineering solutions โ€ข Proactively identify and resolve pipeline performance bottlenecks โ€ข Ensure high availability and accuracy of data across systems โ€ข Maintain clear documentation of data flows and operational practices โ€ข Participate in Agile ceremonies and report on dependencies and progress โ€ข Required Skills โ€ข 5+ years (Mid-Level) or 7+ years (Senior-Level) in Data Engineering roles โ€ข Strong command over SQL and hands-on experience with ETL development โ€ข Experience using AutoSys or comparable job control systems โ€ข Proven background in supporting finance, banking, or enterprise tech environments โ€ข Clear, concise communication, especially for client-facing or lead-level engagements โ€ข Preferred Qualifications โ€ข Experience with Python or Apache Spark โ€ข Exposure to CI/CD, version control, and performance tuning of data workflows โ€ข Familiarity with data quality, governance, and compliance expectations โ€ข Not a Fit If You Are: โ€ข Primarily a Big Data specialist (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Kafka-heavy roles) โ€ข Lacking recent hands-on experience with SQL and traditional ETL systems โ€ข Unable to confidently communicate with technical and business stakeholders โ€ข Location & Schedule โ€ข Hybrid Onsite : 3-4 days/week in Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX โ€ข Interview Slots Available Daily (1-5 PM ET) - quick turnaround guaranteed If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
