Our client has an immediate need for a Data Engineer who will collaborate with business and technical teams to design, document, and deliver high-quality data solutions that enable effective decision-making.
Technical Skills: (5-7 years)
• SQL Skills
Flex Skills:
• Experience with Oracle
• Experience with Home Lending or Lending in general
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with Informatica
• Azure DevOps
• JIRA
Responsibilities:
• Work with different departments within our LOB in order to work on data requests
• Meet with LOB to go over requirements and gather any additional information needed to complete data request
• Use SQL to gather all of the necessary data needed in order to meet the request
• Create documentation related to the request, including SQL, and work with the ETL team in order for ETL to be able to create the scheduled job using Informatica
• Work with testers in order to ensure they understand the requirements and are able to perform the appropriate testing
• Once testing is complete, the Data Engineer will need to work with our Run the Bank group in order to prepare for the deployment and validation of the deployment
