Data Engineer GDPR & Data Compliance Programme 📍 London (Hybrid – 2/3 days/week onsite) 💰 £650/day ⏳ 18-month programme (3-month initial gate) We're working with a major client on a large scale GDPR compliance programme and we need a seasoned Data Engineer who has genuinely been here before. The Programme: The client has defined their data retention policies. Now comes the hard part: executing against them. That means going platform by platform, identifying non compliant data, and masking or deleting it accordingly. This is an 8 platform engagement spanning Salesforce, Microsoft, Azure, ServiceNow, SAP and more with Salesforce as the first platform in scope. What Makes This Role Unique The framework is the hardest part of this engagement and it needs to already exist in your head. The right person brings a tried and tested data compliance methodology they've adapted across platforms before. Platform specific execution is the relatively straightforward part; getting the approach right isn't. What We're Looking For: • Proven, end-to-end GDPR / data compliance delivery including what goes wrong and how you recover • Salesforce Shield experience is the primary technical ask • Multi-platform data compliance exposure (Azure, ServiceNow, SAP or similar) • Someone sharp in execution, not just strategy • Comfortable with 2–3 days per week onsite in London from early June • Available to start immediately The Process: • 2-stage interview process, with a preference for in-person interviews • Initial 3-month gate with an 18-month runway for the right person If you've delivered a programme like this before and know exactly how to hit the ground running, I'd like to hear from you. 📩 DM me directly or send me your cv and availability to connor.ballard@wavetalent.co and I will book us in for a call right away!
