Data Engineer (Contractor) – Finance Team

Our client is hiring a Data Engineer (Contractor) to support their Finance team. This role reports directly to our in-house Data Engineer and will work closely with them to deliver high-quality data solutions that power payouts, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
What You’ll Do
• Write and optimize SQL queries for finance workflows and reporting.
• Assist in building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data models.
• Partner with Finance to ensure data accuracy for payouts, reconciliations, and FP&A.
• Support integration and reporting around NetSuite and other finance systems.
What We’re Looking For
• Expert-level SQL skills (must-have).
• Experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Background working with finance data is nice to have (payouts, reconciliations, reporting, FP&A).
• NetSuite knowledge is appreciated, not required.
