Data Engineering Specialist

Data Engineer is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of data infrastructure and systems. They are responsible for collecting, storing, and processing data, ensuring its availability and accuracy for analytical and business intelligence purposes. Location: London / Remote / London / Services will be carried out at Authority’s sites with the London/M25 geographic locations Job Type: Contract -Remote Provide tender/ quotations/prospects to win business Identify new market / sector opportunities, create and execute sales plans and strategies to drive lead flows and new opportunities Provide new customers with guidance on costs, resources and estimates and project plans Support the Sales Team by processing quotes, orders, including resolutions of any issues with customers Seamless cover within the department to ensure communication between service, purchasing, install and the customers is delivered to the highest standard Effective communication with the Directors to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time Administration and account reporting quotations and sales figures, supporting the Sales Team where required Liaising with customers on any customer quotes Provide Directors figures and reports for weekly / monthly reporting Customer subscription renewals (Ariba, Network Market, Solution Software, SmartNet, etc) Demonstrate a sound understanding of the sales process from cradle to grave and execute to new customers Manage your customer relationships and introduce new products and services
