Data Flux Developer Job Location : McLean VA (5 Days Onsite) Job Type: Full Time / Contract Job Description We are looking for a proficient DataFlux Software Developer to spearhead the conversion of existing DataFlux jobs to Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The successful candidate will have solid experience with DataFlux application development and a keen interest in data migration projects. Experience with IICS is important to have, as it will facilitate the transition to modern cloud-based data integration solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze current DataFlux jobs to understand their logic, components, and data processing workflows. • Collaborate with the data integration team to design efficient migration strategies to transform DataFlux jobs into IICS workflows. • Develop, test, and implement solutions to ensure the accurate and efficient migration of data processes. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance throughout the migration process. • Ensure data integrity and maintain high standards of data quality during the conversion activities. • Document conversion processes, best practices, and provide training materials for future reference. Skill Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • Strong expertise in developing and managing jobs using DataFlux frameworks. • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex job structures and flows within DataFlux. • Familiarity with data transformation concepts and cloud migration strategies. • Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) is an advantage, enhancing migration efficiency. • Solid understanding of SQL, data modeling, and integration principles. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and effectively. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in data migration projects from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms. • Certification in relevant data integration technologies. • Understanding of cloud data services and tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. • Experience with scripting languages like Python or Shell for process automation.
