Data Governance Architect/Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Architect/Analyst to define and implement enterprise-wide data governance frameworks that ensure data quality, security, compliance, and business value. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technology teams to establish governance standards, drive data quality initiatives, and support strategic data management across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards. • Partner with business stakeholders, data owners, stewards, and engineering teams to improve data quality and governance. • Gather and validate business requirements and translate them into governance strategies and architectural solutions. • Drive data governance adoption across business and technology teams. • Develop governance operating models, workflows, and best practices. • Support data architecture, compliance, and regulatory initiatives. • Lead stakeholder discussions and communicate effectively with executive leadership. Required Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data Management. • Strong experience implementing enterprise-scale data governance frameworks. • Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Strong business analysis, solution design, and data architecture expertise. • Hands-on experience in Retail, with knowledge of the customer journey. • Experience with Supply Chain (Retail Supply Chain preferred). • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
