Data Labeling Analyst III β Business Compromise

About the Team
The Business Compromise team sits within Meta's Business Integrity org. The team's mission is to protect people and businesses who use Meta products by disrupting and preventing abusive networks and behaviors. The focus areas include new problem identification, early-stage investigation, risk understanding, and mitigation of sophisticated bad actors β including business account takeovers, techniques for scaling harm, recidivism, and circumvention.
You'll work closely with partners in Engineering, Data Science, and Product to understand risks and develop mitigations both qualitatively and quantitatively.

Must-Haves
β’ 2+ years of experience in fraud investigation, trust & safety, account security, or a related analytical field
β’ 1+ year performing data analysis and building queries/reports with SQL or similar tools without dedicated data science support
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes of fraudulent behavior
β’ Ability to think critically and document your assessments clearly
β’ Ability to own tasks independently, navigate complex problem areas, and work cross-functionally with little supervision
β’ Excellent attention to detail, especially when applying labeling guidelines and annotation parameters
β’ Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information (including PII) with discretion
β’ Able to work within defined SLAs in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice-to-Haves
β’ BS/MS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Intelligence Studies, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or Statistics
β’ Experience with Python, PHP, R, SQL, or similar scripting languages for ad-hoc analytical tasks
β’ Background in online fraud investigations, trust & safety, or cybersecurity
β’ Experience with AI/ML data labeling or annotation workflows
β’ Familiarity with account compromise patterns, social engineering tactics, or Business Manager ecosystems
β’ Experience mitigating time-sensitive escalations
β’ Ability to think like the adversary and anticipate threat actors' tactics
β’ Comfortable working with a team spanning multiple locations and time zones
This posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to Meta.
The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $24.00/hour - $27.00/hour.
