Key Responsibilities: • This pivotal role drives the integrity and strategic use of a proprietary system's campaign pipeline data, encompassing governance, stabilization, and predictive forecasting. • You will proactively manage data issues from inception to resolution, utilizing advanced monitoring tools to generate actionable data insights. • This role requires close collaboration with IT to diagnose and resolve data discrepancies and process inefficiencies, effectively serving as a crucial liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to guide swift and impactful resolutions. • Triage and onboard highly complex data requests and issues • Interface directly with end users to resolve questions that require technical research • Provide technical subject matter expert knowledge and consulting on data usage, techniques, and accuracy of application and reporting data • Collaborate with IT and business to design and deploy databases and data pipelines to support analytics projects. • Analyse data and systems to determine whether requirements can be met. • Present solutions to both business and technical stakeholders • Continually improve the integrity of governance and data through delivery of validated, accurate sources • Work with the testers and IT to ensure that all data components are tested adequately • Provide benchmark performance testing to ensure timely retrieval of data and delivery to reporting stakeholders • Query and work with developers to understand the business application logic and data housed in source applications for use in reporting and analytics domain • Test and validate data pipelines, transformations, and datasets built by the IT team • Support Enterprise Data Catalog, Data Lineage and other Data Governance efforts Key Requirements and Technology Experience: • Key skills; Teradata, GCP , SQL, Tableau, Reporting, Adobe Analytics, Data Governance ,Data Managment • Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years • Teradata SQL 3-6 yrs experience • Google Cloud Platform (GCP) proficiency 1-5 yrs experience • Tableau User Experience 1-5 yrs experience • GCP SQL 1-5 yrs experience • Issues Management Data flow forecasting and analytics • Looker Studio Marketing Campaign Data Pipeline Management • Marketing campaign Reporting • Adobe Campaign Adobe Analytics Jira OneConfluence • GCP Professional Data Engineer and • DAMA CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional): • These two certifications directly address the core technical and governance aspects of the role. • Teradata SQL certification eg Teradata Certified Professional Tableau certification eg Tableau Certified Data Analyst (Highly Recommended).
