Job Title/Role: Data Governance - SOLUTION ARCHITECT Location: Remote Mandatory Skills MDM, Data Governance tool such as Collibra, Azure Data Lake (ADLS), SQL Database, Snowflake, Matillion ETL/ELT Required Skills 'Experience with data governance tools and platforms like Collibra, Azure Purview, or Alation. Proficiency in MDM concepts, tools (MDM software, data modeling tools, and data profiling tools) and best practices for managing master data across the organization. Experience in implementing and managing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Data Quality Management: Knowledge of data quality assessment, profiling, cleansing, and monitoring techniques and tools. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or payer organization Strong understanding of Azure cloud services relevant to data management, including Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Data Factory. Snowflake: Proficiency in working with Snowflake data warehouse, including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization Understanding of Matillion ETL for cloud data integration and transformation tasks. Understanding of Matillion's connectors and integrations with cloud data platforms like Snowflake Understanding of ETL pipelines in Matillion for various data sources, within cloud-based environment Working experience in Health Insurance Domain Strong communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and effectively communicate data governance policies and procedures. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Responsibilities: Implementing and managing data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Closely work with business to understand, analyze and implement data governance at enterprise Helping business to understand the importance of data governance, mitigating threats and realizing benefits by implementing industry standards best practices of data governance in healthcare domain. Installation, configuration and setting up of Data Governance tools such as Collibra, Informatica Axon, or Alation Integration of Governance Tool with Snowflake, Informatica MDM, Azure Data Services such as Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, etc. Ability to adopt new data governance tool such as Azure Purview Closely work with source systems and data engineering and data consumption teams to define/update data governance policies based on observed data quality Review of governance activities performed across enterprise Lead data governance activities including data modeling in data migration, integration, and transformation projects Monitoring data quality and continuous data quality improvement through data governance.
