Responsibilities
Act as program manager coordinating between functional leads and local site contacts to ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines. Support the team in translating strategic objectives into operational actions across geographies.
Provide guidance on data governance concepts to stakeholders and help develop the strategic vision for the program. Manage communications across stakeholder channels and develop presentations for meetings as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
β’ 2-5 years of proven experience leading data governance initiatives and managing projects
β’ Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards
β’ Website design skills with Microsoft tools
β’ Comprehensive understanding of data governance principles, best practices, and industry standards
β’ Proficiency in project management tools and software with excellent organizational abilities
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
β’ Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Pharmaceutical industry experience
β’ Familiarity with GMP Activities and ICH Q9 Quality Risk Management
β’ Experience in data management topics including data security, data modeling, and data catalogs
β’ Change management and communication plan development experience
β’ Familiarity with learning management systems and documentation tools
