About the Role:
Our leading banking client is seeking a Data, Governance & Reporting Manager to join their Lending Transformation Program within the Institutional Credit Management (ICM) organization. This is a high-impact, W2-only role ideal for business analysts (not project managers) with 5–7 years of experience—though junior professionals with 3–5 years and strong financial services backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across program and project workstreams
• Identify and escalate delivery risks/issues; develop and drive mitigation strategies
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, RAID logs, and stakeholder management plans
• Prepare content for senior leadership, regulatory reviews, and governance forums
• Lead meetings, including workshops and governance sessions
• Align transformation deliverables with compliance, risk, and audit standards
• Track project metrics and critical success criteria
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align project priorities with business goals
Required Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of experience in Business Analysis or Program Management (Finance preferred)
• Experience in banking or financial services strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and identify gaps/inconsistencies
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools for reporting and dashboard creation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organization and ability to multitask under pressure
Preferred:
• PMP or similar project management certification
• Familiarity with wholesale lending or credit risk
• Prior experience supporting governance/reporting for large transformation initiatives
