Role description
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Data Insight Analyst on a contract basis (INSIDE IR35) to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of data and analytics products across our client’s organisation. This role involves working with diverse datasets, delivering analytical outputs, and supporting a self-serve analytics culture. You will contribute to the full lifecycle of analytics initiatives—from requirements and data preparation through to modelling, dashboarding, and release. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and technical skills across SQL, Python, and modern visualisation tooling, combined with the ability to engage with stakeholders across technical and non-technical domains. This role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative analyst who is passionate about data and committed to delivering high-quality insights that drive meaningful business outcomes.
Skills:-
Strong SQL programming skills and experience with Python for analytics
Advanced Excel capability
Experience across data preparation tools (Tableau Prep, Alteryx, Python)
Proven ability to develop dashboards and analytical products using modern visualisation tools
Experience working with diverse and complex datasets
Understanding of SDLC practices in analytics delivery
Experience mentoring or coaching others in data and analytics
Experience with cloud data platforms, data lakes, or cloud analytics tooling
Knowledge of statistical, ML, or optimisation techniques
Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments
Knowledge of Data Lifecycle Management (DLM) and testing techniques
