Data & Insight Analyst We’re seeking a passionate data professional to design and deliver innovative analytics and reporting solutions in an open-source, big data environment. You’ll architect, build, and improve reporting tools (using Tableau, MicroStrategy, Hadoop, Spark, etc.), automate processes, and help drive insights for business and healthcare data. Expect to work both independently and on agile teams, collaborating with business partners and mentoring others. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and automate analytics and reporting solutions • Work with SQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), Hadoop, Scala, R, Python • Manage analytics projects and support data-driven decision-making • Consult with clients and present findings to a variety of audiences • Maintain documentation and contribute to open-source projects Qualifications: • Bilingual (written & verbal) • 2+ years in analytics and business intelligence • Experience with big data tools, scripting languages, and SQL • Healthcare analytics and claims data experience strongly preferred • Creative, collaborative, and able to communicate complex ideas clearly • Flexible for occasional after-hours work and global team calls
