Job Title: Data Insights Analyst Location: Phoenix, Arizona (In-office 3 days per week – Local candidates only) About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst with strong analytical expertise and a keen ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. The ideal candidate thrives in data-driven environments, has excellent SQL skills, and is comfortable working with structured data formats. This role requires someone local to Phoenix, AZ, who can work on-site three days a week. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business decisions. β€’ Work with JSON, XML, and structured data formats to extract, transform, and analyze datasets. β€’ Write and optimize SQL queries to manipulate and query large datasets. β€’ Develop clear, concise, and business-relevant insights and present them to stakeholders. β€’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting, forecasting, and strategy. β€’ Leverage Python, Power BI, or other tools to build dashboards, automate processes, and deliver reports (preferred). Qualifications: β€’ 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a similar role. β€’ Proven experience handling structured and semi-structured data (JSON, XML). β€’ Strong SQL expertise for data querying and transformation. β€’ Ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights. β€’ Familiarity with Python, Power BI, or similar reporting tools (nice to have). β€’ Strong communication and presentation skills. β€’ Must be based in Phoenix, AZ (no relocation considered). Work Arrangement: β€’ Hybrid role – 3 days in-office per week in Phoenix, AZ. β€’ Immediate start.
