• Experience working in a Delegate Authority (DA) environment
• Strong background in the insurance industry
• Proven experience on data warehouse projects
• Ability to define and document business rules, data lineage, and source-to-target mappings
• Familiarity with financial reporting and regulatory compliance within insurance
• Strong Excel and presentation skills
• Experience writing high-quality user stories, backlog increments, and acceptance criteria
• Working knowledge of data concepts and enterprise data platforms
