Data Lead / Sr. Data Engineer / Data Analyst (Hands-On Technical)
Location: Hybrid – Stillwater, MN (up to 2 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6-Month Contract / Right-to-Hire
Work Authorization: USC or Green Card only
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise data warehouses and ETL/ELT pipelines
• Strong Databricks experience (required)
• Expert-level SQL skills
• Python scripting experience (preferred)
• Proven experience optimizing data feeds, orchestration, and pipeline timing
• Experience consolidating data sources and retiring legacy systems
• Retail or grocery industry experience required, including:
• POS data
• Item-level sales and costing
• Merchant and store-level data
• Cloud platform experience (Azure or GCP)
