Title: Data Management Analyst Location: Remote (EST OR CST ONLY) Duration: 6 month contract, perm conversion possibility Compensation: $35/hr to $44/hr. Required Skills & Experience • Expert Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to create complex formulas • Experience with SQL • Strong Data Visualization: creating clear and compelling dashboards and visualizations using Power BI (or similar tools) and Microsoft Excel. You know how to tell a story with data, highlight key metrics, and make complex data understandable to non-technical stakeholders • Experience with data analysis and data alignment Job Duties: • Extract data from multiple databases and systems, apply complex formulas to clean data and perform extensive validation • Map product data across 3 commerce systems leveraging data exports in Microsoft Excel • Load data into Excel workbooks for data activation • Mapping location data from the commerce solution to the financial hierarchy • Join data together from multiple Excel tables • Validate mapping and update inaccurate data mapping • Create new Excel workbooks to drive automation and efficiencies into process workflows • Collaborate on processes with commerce teams, pricing analytics teams, and financial systems on data mapping for unlocking capabilities and enabling systems • Supports initiatives for data integrity and normalization • Track progress and communicate updates Nice to Have Skills & Experience · Experience with Snowflake Experience leveraging VBA to create complex excel workbooks to drive automation Job Description A Fortune 500 client is looking for a Data Analyst/Data Management Specialist to join their team remotely. Will play a critical role in a fast-paced commerce deployment project. This Data Analyst will be part of the Connected Commerce organization and will be accountable for aligning data, creating data visualizations, performing data analysis, and driving insights for the commerce and menu management products within their ecosystem. You will be accountable for aligning data from multiple systems, creating and using complex Excel formulas, and getting data ready for activation within the commerce solutions.
