Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Responsibilities:
Detail-oriented and experienced Fit-Gap Analyst to support our commercial banking transformation initiatives. This role will focus on analyzing business processes and system capabilities within the nCino Bank Operating System, identifying gaps, and recommending solutions to align technology with business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in commercial lending preferably Asset Based Lending products and hands-on experience with the nCino platform.

β’ 5-7 yrs Data Management Analyst experience
β’ Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze business processes, identify requirements, and evaluate system capabilities.
β’ Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to identify gaps between current and desired states and develop solutions to bridge those gaps.
β’ Communication Skills: The ability to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to stakeholders and Senior Level Executives.
β’ Technical Skills: nCino, Agile
β’ Project Management Skills: The ability to plan, organize, and manage the fit/gap analysis process and subsequent implementation of solutions.
β’ Understanding of Business Processes: A solid understanding of how business processes function is essential for identifying gaps and developing effective solutions.
β’ Requirements Gathering and Documentation: The ability to gather, document, and manage requirements related to business processes and systems.
β’ Prioritization Skills: The ability to prioritize gaps based on their impact and criticality to the business.
