Title: Data Analyst Management Analyst Location: Charlotte, NC Alternative Location: Dallas, TX Minneapolis, MN Duration: 12 months Benefits on offer for this contract position: Health Insurance, Life insurance, 401K and Voluntary Benefits Summary: In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Responsibilities: Direct support for BSA/AML Program within the Commercial Banking & Lending Data Governance & Data Management Metadata team. Qualifications: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. 5-7 yrs Data Management Analyst experience Understanding database structure (how data moves, data movement/data element controls) Technical aptitude for understanding and manipulating data Data governance and/or data management experience Metadata Tool (e.g. Collibra or ADMF) experience Data analysis tools (Alteryx) experience Data mapping experience JIRA usage and/or development experience Data visualization tool experience (PowerBI, Tableau, etc) SharePoint experience Regulatory Report (BSA/AML) knowledge/experience Knowledge of the banking and finance industry Commercial Lending (WF preferred - BOA ok) Product Knowledge Understanding of Data Management policy Understanding of risk management framework and the risk and control environment Experience working in Corporate Risk, Audit, or Independent Testing Understanding of key regulatory compliance risk components Stakeholder Management/collaboration (internal partners, management and lines of business regarding risk management) Experience with reviewing and research moderately complex potential data defects, and follow through on reporting, escalation, and resolution Moderate Coding Skills (SQL, Python) Proficiency with data flows, report outputs, and data dictionaries Accounting Reconciliations Understanding of data security protocols and regulations
