Type: W2 Only Job Title: Data Management Analyst Duration: 12+ Month (s) Location: Charlotte, NC 28202 – Hybrid Role Top Skills: β€’ Data Analyst background β€’ Data Management, Data Lineage, Data Quality, Data Profiling β€’ Regulatory reporting experience (e.g., FR 2052a, CRA, FR Y-14M, BSA/AML, etc.,) β€’ Exp w/ advanced SQL β€’ Exp w/ Excel β€’ Banking background is required; Commercial Banking domain preferred Job Description: β€’ In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management. β€’ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. β€’ Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Ensure data integrity and compliance for regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., FR 2052a, CRA, FR Y-14M, BSA/AML, etc.,). β€’ Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues. β€’ Analyze and formalize business requirements into clear, actionable technical deliverables. β€’ Define, document, and maintain data quality rules and associated metadata. β€’ Manage and track data flows while understanding end-to-end data lineage across systems. β€’ Ensure adherence to data governance standards. β€’ Partner with internal stakeholders to investigate and disposition data issues Required Qualifications: β€’ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field. β€’ Strong background in financial services, particularly within the Commercial Banking domain. β€’ Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data profiling techniques. β€’ Demonstrated expertise in data quality principles & framework, and regulatory reporting practices. β€’ Experience in data modeling, data lineage analysis, and metadata management. β€’ Familiarity with key regulations such as FR Y-14Q, BSA/AML, and 2052a, including their data implications. β€’ Good written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. β€’ Experience facilitating and leading stakeholder working group sessions. Preferred Qualifications: β€’ Familiarity with data quality tools (e.g., Ab Initio IT express, Alteryx, Qualytics etc.). β€’ Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery. β€’ Knowledge/experience in AI Platforms such as Tachyon, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.
