Required Skills & Experience
β’ Problem-solving and project/program management experience with strong self-initiative and self-learning capabilities.
β’ Demonstrated interpersonal skills to perform a leadership role including influencing, engaging, and motivating business and technology partners.
β’ Proven track record of working across organization through matrix structures to accomplish strategic objectives with conflicting priorities.
β’ Must demonstrate strong communication skills including process documentation.
β’ Advanced planning, organization, and time management.
β’ Qualitative and analytical proficiency.
β’ Advanced Product and/or Regulatory Report experience.
β’ Experience with BSA AML, FR 2052a, FFIEC and other Regulatory use cases.
β’ Proficiency with data flows, report outputs, and data dictionaries.
β’ Experience working in Commercial Banking and Lending Data Domain.
β’ Knowledge of the banking and finance industry including risk report, analytics, and controls.
What You Will Be Doing
β’ Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Data Management.
β’ Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Data Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
β’ Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
β’ Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
