Summary:
Data Management - Contingent Resource: Covers jobs that drive oversight, governance, and management of critical data to support business needs, initiatives, and strategies. Consult with data product, data integrity, technology, and business partners to set standards, policies and practices for data flow, data framework, data access, documentation, quality and remediation. This sub-family is specific to contingent resources.
In this assignment, you will: Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking Provide expertise to Wells Fargo senior leadership on innovative Data Management business solutions Strategically engage with Wells Fargo personnel.
Seeking a senior-level Data Management Analyst to support Finance Data Management Risk oversight and policy compliance, with a focus on general ledger and regulatory reporting systems. The role serves as a subject matter expert in data source governance, including metadata, lineage, and data quality, and drives data governance initiatives aligned to Data Management Policy. Responsibilities include performing advanced metadata analysis, executing and enhancing data management controls, leading complex analyses to identify and remediate data quality, integrity, process, and control gaps, and advising leadership on strategy for highly complex business and technical needs. The position requires strong collaboration across the enterprise to design and execute remediation solutions and inform longβterm data strategy. Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience
Deep knowledge of data risk and controls within the enterprise finance domain, and strong metadata experience.
Experience with Data Quality, Regulatory Compliance and Risk and Controls
