S3 never asks for money during its onboarding process.” Job Title: Senior Data Management AnalystContract Length: 9+ MonthsHybrid position- Some on Site WorkLocation: Charlotte, NC 28262Pay: 77 an hr on W2 Position Overview Seeking a senior-level Data Management Analyst to support Finance Data Management Risk oversight and policy compliance, with emphasis on general ledger and regulatory reporting systems. This role operates as a subject matter expert in data source governance and drives enterprise data governance initiatives aligned to Data Management Policy. This is a contingent resource assignment within the Data Management function. Key Responsibilities Consult as an expert across Data Management for highly complex business and technical initiatives. Influence and develop strategies supporting data governance, oversight, and management of critical data assets. Lead advanced metadata analysis including data lineage, data quality, and data framework oversight. Execute and enhance data management controls aligned to policy requirements. Identify and remediate data quality, integrity, process, and control gaps. Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on complex Data Management solutions. Collaborate across technology, finance, risk, and business teams to implement long-term data strategy and remediation solutions. Support governance standards related to data flow, access, documentation, and quality. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Data Management Business Analysis Analytics Project Management Equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, military experience, training, or education Deep knowledge of data risk and controls within enterprise finance Strong experience with: Data governance Metadata management Data lineage Data quality oversight Regulatory reporting environments Preferred Knowledge Areas Risk and Controls Regulatory Compliance Finance domain experience Data Quality frameworks Enterprise Data Management standards Pay: $77.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Charlotte, NC 28216
