

Data Management Assistant
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Gather, compile, and verify data for reports, presentations, forms, and internal databases.
• Support document management processes including organizing, uploading, naming, and maintaining files on platforms such as SharePoint.
• Perform Excel-based data analysis and transformation using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, and formulas to support departmental reporting.
• Maintain departmental policies and procedures and ensure adherence to process documentation.
• Assist with internal communications including scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, and responding to routine inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit documentation for vendor/supplier payments, and liaise with Accounts Payable to resolve payment-related issues.
• Support business improvement initiatives and projects as a team member, contributing to process enhancement and workflow optimization.
• Demonstrate professionalism in verbal and written communication across all stakeholder interactions.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, managing time effectively and maintaining high productivity standards.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• At least 2 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, structured environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data formatting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Familiarity with SharePoint and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while following structured procedures.
