We’re currently recruiting for a Data Migration Specialist to join our Data team. What you’ll achieve in the role: In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the accurate migration, integration, and quality assurance of property, tenancy, and asset data across our systems, working closely with internal and external teams/partners to ensure data integrity, compliance and operational readiness for an upcoming large stock acquisition. Key responsibilities include: Analysis of incoming datasets, including property, tenancy, rent, repairs and compliance data, to identify gaps, inconsistencies/risks proposing remediation strategies where required. Design and deliver reports and dashboards, while managing end-to-end data migration activities—including mapping, transformation, validation. Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, mappings, and key decisions. Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation activities to ensure readiness for go-live. What you’ll bring to Raven: For this role, we are looking for someone with the following: Solid knowledge of relational databases and data modelling principles Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 implementations (Customer Engagement and CRM) Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Background in data analysis, migration, and quality assurance within housing, local government, or public sector settings Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity Please review the job description for full criteria details.
