We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Migration Analyst to join our team for a critical lease data migration initiative. This role will be responsible for the extraction, analysis, and standardisation of lease data from multiple source formats (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) to be executed in an ETL process to our central leasing platform. Key Responsibilities Extract lease data from various source documents including spreadsheets, text documents, and presentations Cleanse and standardize data according to established guidelines and quality standards Develop and execute data mapping strategies between source documents and target system fields Enrich data with additional attributes as required by the target system Identify and resolve duplicate records through systematic deduplication processes Perform comprehensive testing of migrated data to ensure accuracy and completeness Document data migration processes, issues encountered, and solutions implemented Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues and clarify requirements Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of the migrated data Requirements Experience with data migration, data cleansing, and ETL processes Strong proficiency with Excel and data manipulation techniques Familiarity with data quality principles and deduplication methodologies Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Experience working with lease documentation preferred Knowledge of real estate data structures a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Power Query, pivot tables) Data validation and verification techniques Basic SQL knowledge preferred Excellent documentation skills Strong communication abilities to liaise with stakeholders Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple data sources Education/Experience 2+ years experience in data analysis, data migration, or similar role Prior experience in real estate or property management systems beneficial Project Duration This position is for a 6 month contract role with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
