‼️REQUIRED: EXPERIENCE EXTRACTING DATA FROM EGAIN‼️
We are hiring: Data Migration Engineer (Contract, flexible hours)
Location: Remote
Start Date: November/December 2025
Duration: ~12 months, open to full-time or part-time
Project Overview
This project involves migrating knowledge base content from eGain to Microsoft Dynamics 365. The data will be migrated to a staging environment, after which a separate team will integrate into Dynamics.
eGain do not offer APIs to export data, this role requires a specialist who will be able to do this independently. Please do not apply if this is not something you have done before.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and execute data migration from eGain to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Prepare and configure staging environments for downstream integration teams.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with federal standards.
• Provide technical documentation and support for handoff.
This role requires US Citizenship and eligibility for federal clearance.
