MAIN SKILLS – Hands-on experience with tools like BitTitan, SkyKick, ShareGate, Google Workspace Migrate, Azure Data Factory, or custom ETL solutions, Strong knowledge of scripting (Python, PowerShell, SQL) for automation, transformations, and validation, Understanding of structured/unstructured data, APIs, and staging processes (SFTP, cloud storage, etc.).
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of relevant experience with a proven ability to execute on technology and collaboration programs; music/entertainment industry experience is helpful
• Leadership and project management capabilities with demonstrated success completing multiple cross-functional and cross-business projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at various levels, including senior leadership.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams and balancing competing workloads
• Microsoft SharePoint Migration Manager (OneDrive / SharePoint migrations), Microsoft Purview Compliance Data LifeCycle Management (import PSTs), Box Shuttle (Box Migrations), CyberArk, Powershell, SharePoint administration, MS Power Platform
• Self-motivated with ability to not only work in group/individual setting, but able to drive action and independently with little to no direction.
• Proficiency in MS Office application
