Data Migration Engineer – Inside IR35 Contract A major ERP transformation programme is seeking an experienced Data Migration Engineer to lead data extraction, transformation, validation, and archival across multiple legacy systems. This is a fully autonomous delivery role, responsible for shaping migration strategy, executing ETL processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting cutover to a new ERP environment. Day rate: 500 Inside Duration: 6months (programme 12months) Hybrid/Location: 2-3 days per week to Stevenage or London Bridge What you’ll do: • Analyse and map data from systems such as SAP ByDesign, Sage, MS Dynamics, Board, and iTrent • Build and deliver migration scripts, trial loads, reconciliations, and validation activities • Lead data cleansing, de‑duplication, and archival processes • Ensure full compliance with GMP, validation protocols, and audit requirements • Collaborate with ERP implementation partners, QA, Validation, and Test teams What you’ll bring: • Proven ERP data migration experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) • Strong ETL & SQL skills • Experience in GMP‑regulated environments • Knowledge of tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend, or SSIS • Excellent documentation and problem‑solving skills Be the data migration specialist who makes this transformation possible.
