Job Title : Data Monitoring Analyst Duration: 13-14 Months Contract Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid Schedule) Job Description: Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Monitoring Analyst for a 13 14 month contract role based in Phoenix, AZ on their IAM team. This position is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and quality of our data systems during a colleague's extended leave. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, investigation, and database management. A two-week overlap with the current resource is planned to facilitate a smooth transition. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and analyze data systems to ensure data integrity and quality. • Investigate data anomalies and discrepancies, providing actionable insights. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. • Maintain and manage databases, ensuring optimal performance and security. • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. • Proven experience in data analysis, monitoring, and database management. • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the financial services industry. • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
