Job Description:
Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Monitoring Analyst for a 13 14 month contract role based in Phoenix, AZ on their IAM team. This position is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and quality of our data systems during a colleague's extended leave. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, investigation, and database management. A two-week overlap with the current resource is planned to facilitate a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Monitor and analyze data systems to ensure data integrity and quality.
β’ Investigate data anomalies and discrepancies, providing actionable insights.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
β’ Maintain and manage databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
β’ Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
β’ Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience in data analysis, monitoring, and database management.
β’ Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
β’ Experience in the financial services industry.
β’ Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
