Support the external DPO and internal privacy teams in operationalizing privacy compliance, managing data subject requests, and maintaining documentation and reporting for regulatory readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Assist in responding to data subject access requests.
β’ Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk analysis.
β’ Maintain compliance dashboards and reporting tools.
β’ Support internal audits and incident response coordination.
β’ Document privacy policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
β’ 5+ years in privacy operations, compliance, or data governance.
β’ Certification: CIPM preferred; ISO 27001/27701 foundation.
β’ Experience in healthcare or nonprofit sectors.
β’ Strong documentation and analytical skills.
β’ Familiarity with privacy tools (e.g., OneTrust, Excel, Power BI).
β’ Understanding of GDPR and HIPAA operational requirements.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
