Data and Product Analyst Remote – United States | $69,832 - $79,475 | Mission-Driven Nonprofit Join Connective TX as a Data and Product Analyst, where your analytical skills will directly shape how we serve communities. In this role, you’ll clean and analyze program data, create clear visualizations for partners and community members, and translate complex information into actionable insights. You’ll also support Salesforce CRM administration and contribute to product development, helping ensure our programs run efficiently and effectively. You’ll embrace change, innovate, and mentor others while turning challenges into actionable solutions. What You’ll Do Clean, consolidate, and analyze program data from multiple sources to inform strategy, identify community trends, and support partners. Build visualizations and reports, including geospatial maps and dashboards, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce. Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, automation, and proactive issue resolution across large datasets. Support Salesforce administration and product development, including configuration, workflow optimization, and backlog management. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to address data needs, communicate insights, and operationalize data-driven solutions. What We’re Looking For Solid interest in improving access to social services for vulnerable communities. Solid experience with data analysis tools, including Excel, Python, R, SQL, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI. Solid experience with Salesforce data analysis and administration, including custom fields, workflows, and process optimization. Solid communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects while connecting detailed work to big-picture goals. Solid adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, with preferred experience in nonprofit or social services sectors; travel may be required. This role is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship. Your Compensation and Benefits Your annual base salary range for this role is $69,832 - $79,475. Yearly bonuses are offered based on your contributions and performance. You’ll receive a 401(k) employer match of up to 6%. You can also choose to participate in an HSA or FSA. You’ll be encouraged to prioritize your work-life balance and will receive 20 days of PTO/floating holidays, plus 11 paid company holidays, per calendar year. If you have or adopt a child, you’ll be entitled to 8 weeks of parental leave at 100 percent of the employee’s regular weekly pay, and an additional 4 weeks at 50 percent. 4 additional weeks may be taken without pay.
