Role description
We're partnering with a leading healthcare organization seeking a Data Programming Analyst to support innovative cardiovascular and population health research. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data engineering, statistical analysis, and clinical research to drive meaningful healthcare outcomes. Details below: β€’ Fully on site (NOT remote or hybrid) β€’ Pay: Starting at $30/hr β€’ Local candidates only (must be in commutable distance to the Fremont area) What You'll Do: β€’ Build and maintain ETL pipelines using data from Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and research databases β€’ Develop automated workflows and perform data quality assessments β€’ Conduct statistical analyses and support predictive modeling under senior biostatisticians β€’ Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for clinical stakeholders β€’ Contribute to scientific publications by preparing methods, results, tables, and figures β€’ Support clinical trial operations, participant tracking, and study reporting Requirements: β€’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biostatistics, Public Health, Epidemiology, Data Science, or a related field β€’ 2+ years of experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or healthcare analytics β€’ Strong programming skills in R or Python, SAS and SQL β€’ Experience working with EHR or clinical research data β€’ Familiarity with statistical modeling, data visualization, and scientific documentation β€’ Exposure to machine learning or medical publications is a plus We will consider for employment all qualified Applicants, including those with criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable federal, state and local laws, including the City of Los Angeles' Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance (FCIHO), Los Angeles Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers (ULAC), The San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance (FCO) , and the California Fair Chance Act (CFCA).
