Data Protection Analyst

Data Protection Advisor - 12 month Fixed Term Contract Lawrence Harvey is supporting a leading real estate with their ongoing transformation projects internally, where you will offer data protection advice across the business and directly supporting the DPO. You will have the opportunity to work across all areas of the company and their various subsidiaries. The Role: • You will directly report into the DPO assisting with DPIAs, maintaining the RoPA, training and awareness, and third-party due diligience reviews. • You will also support on breach management, rights requests, marketing queries, and review the data protection processes. • General support of the second line data protection function. • Opportunity to work across a variety of areas within a large organisation. Requirements: • C. 2-3 years experience in data protection in any industry. Ideally in B2C or B2B. • Strong communication skills (presentations and stakeholder conversations will require this) • Strong understanding of GDPR, PECR, and privacy-by-design. • 3 days in the office in Milton Keynes.
