• Job Description:
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Cybersecurity Data Loss Protection (DLP) team. This role is vital in ensuring the security, integrity, and compliance of the company’s sensitive data and involves hands-on work with DLP tools, incident response, policy development, and collaboration with global security stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
· Analyze DLP alerts and respond promptly to data protection incidents.
· Collaborate with internal and global security teams to respond to emerging cyber threats and implement effective mitigation policies.
· Ensure adherence to relevant data protection laws and industry regulations.
· Assist DLP engineers with evaluating and scoring new DLP technologies.
· Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to support program maturity.
· Participate in Incident Response activities when required.
· Stay informed on current cyber threats, countermeasures, and industry trends.
· Develop and maintain documentation for DLP response procedures aligned with internal and industry best practices.
What You Bring:
· 3–5 years of experience in Data Security Monitoring and Response.
· Proficient in handling alerts from DLP technologies (e.g., eDLP, Email DLP, Cloud DLP).
· Experience deploying or managing at least two types of DLP technologies (e.g., DBAM, CASB/SASE).
· Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Purview, CrowdStrike, Trellix, and ProofPoint.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex security issues.
· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
· Experience working in regulated environments, especially with Audit, Compliance, or Governance functions.
Added bonus if you have:
· Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CDPSE, CIPP).
· Strong grasp of cybersecurity frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.
· Experience in Cloud Security and Container Management/Deployment (e.g., Kubernetes, OpenShift).
· Degree in Cybersecurity or related field; government clearance (e.g., Top Secret) is a plus.
