Data Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate project updates, status, and pipeline information • Develop high‑quality data visualizations to support internal teams and external audiences • Create standardized and ad‑hoc reports to track progress, milestones, and operational performance • Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate requirements into effective dashboards • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability across all reporting and visualization outputs • Maintain and enhance existing dashboards as reporting needs evolve Tools & Technologies • Primary tools: Power BI and Smartsheet • Use SQL and ServiceNow as needed to support reporting and data sourcing (experience with these tools is a plus, not required) Required Qualifications • Strong experience building dashboards and reports with a focus on data visualization • Hands‑on experience with Power BI and/or Smartsheet • Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and visually compelling way • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Preferred Qualifications • Working knowledge of SQL • Experience using ServiceNow for reporting or data extraction • Experience creating dashboards for both internal leadership and external stakeholders Important Note This role is strictly focused on reporting and visualization. It does not include advanced analytics, data science, or predictive modeling responsibilities.
