Data Reporting Analyst

Title: Project Manager Duration: 3 months Contract with possible extension/ FTE Location: EST Remote Description: PROPERTY VALUATION COORDINATOR -Fully Remote-East Coast strongly preferred Job Responsibilities • Vendor Management: Order Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) through vendor websites to support the property valuation team. • Project & Workflow Management: Assign tasks and track progress for both internal staff and contractors supporting valuation projects. • Data Management: Consolidate and manage data from multiple spreadsheets. Must demonstrate strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP functionality; MS Access experience is a plus. • Contractor Oversight: Manage contracting resources to ensure all assignments are completed on schedule. • Quality Control: Participate in the quality control process of internal staff and vendors, ensuring property valuations are accurate. • Executive Support: Provide additional tasking and direct support as requested by executive leadership. Client Notes: • Team processes smaller trades approx. 200 trades- Each trade requires to create a spreadsheet, and dissect info and provide the information to vendors • Looking for someone who is skilled at similar work • working with BPO vendors • Team has an audit function: will be helping with it • Coordinating emails, request and data • Need someone who has worked with Financial services, Banking, lending company • Person needs to understand and do the job correctly the first time • Need someone analytical who can work on reporting Top 3 skills: • Exp: 3-5 years minimum working in a similar role • Proficient with MS suite • Appraising bckg helpful- need to proficient with data and handling the MS data • Role is fully remote- east coast preferred
