Salary: $23.75 to $30.00 hourly Description We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team on a short-term contract basis in Madison, Wisconsin. This position involves performing detailed data entry tasks and ensuring the accuracy of information within MySQL databases and related tools. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data management and reporting, along with a commitment to precision and efficiency. Responsibilities • Input and organize over 1,400 lines of data into MySQL databases with a focus on accuracy. • Utilize MySQL Workbench to manage and validate database entries. • Collaborate with team members to ensure all data is correctly aligned and meets project requirements. • Perform quality checks to verify the accuracy of data entered. • Maintain a structured approach to managing high-volume data entry tasks within tight deadlines. • Support the creation of reports and analytics using Business Intelligence tools. • Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to streamline workflows and improve project outcomes. • Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies in data and address them promptly. • Provide insights on data trends and help optimize reporting processes. • Ensure compliance with all data handling protocols and security standards. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data reporting, analysis, or high-volume data entry. • Proficiency in MySQL and MySQL Workbench. • Strong understanding of business intelligence tools such as BusinessObjects Technologies. • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and Jira. • Demonstrated ability to perform gap analysis and AB testing. • Expertise in analytics and reporting functions. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. • Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
