Data Reporting Analyst

We're hiring a Retail Data Analyst II to drive data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making for our client in Plano, TX. This 100% onsite role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in tools like Tableau and Power BI, and the ability to craft compelling executive-level presentations. Job Title: Retail Data Analyst 2 Location: Plano, TX (100% Onsite) Contract: 06 Months Hourly Rate: $41- 44 (W2 Only) Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required • 2-4 years of experience required. Required Technical Skills: • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • High proficiency in Power Point, Word and Excel • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills • Advanced proficiency with power point presentations that tell a story of the data and provide executive level insights including improvement plans with next steps Preferred Qualifications: • Strength in working cross functionally, harnessing a collaborative team environment and being able to lead project work within a large dynamic team • Adaptability to move at the pace of retail and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions when needed • Ability to analyze large sets of data and pivot into high level data summaries Disqualifiers: • Choppy tenure About us: Harvey Nash is a national, full-service talent management firm specializing in technology positions.
