Our client is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to join their team. As a Data Reporting Analyst you will be part of the Data & Reporting team supporting complex data initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Reporting Analyst Location: Madison, WI What's the Job? โ€ข Lead end-to-end data reporting lifecycle, from gathering stakeholder requirements to technical development and implementation of reports. โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support complex data initiatives. โ€ข Ensure all data outputs comply with state and federal regulations, maintaining data integrity and security. โ€ข Engage with stakeholders to understand policy needs and translate them into technical solutions. โ€ข Document processes, lead projects, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the data and analytics domain.
