Job Title: Business Operations Analyst
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract (Potential to extend)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to support our Talent Acquisition team with data-driven insights and operational excellence. This role is fully remote and focuses on reporting, analytics, and process improvement to help drive strategic hiring initiatives.
What Youβll Do:
β’ Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers to monitor hiring progress, pipeline health, and key metrics.
β’ Analyze recruiting data to identify bottlenecks, forecast hiring needs, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
β’ Develop and deliver weekly executive reporting for HR Business Partners, business leaders, and Talent Acquisition leadership.
β’ Partner with recruiters, HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.
β’ Track and manage requisition status, offer approvals, and candidate movement across multiple systems.
β’ Create executive-ready presentations summarizing hiring progress, insights, and recommendations.
β’ Recommend process improvements to optimize reporting and support large-scale hiring initiatives.
What You Bring:
β’ Proven experience in reporting, analytics, or recruiting operations.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data clearly.
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.
β’ Experience supporting large-scale hiring programs is a plus.
