Salary: $24.21 to $28.03 hourly Description We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Palm Desert, California. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong analytical skills to manage data migration and reporting tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data processing within our systems. Responsibilities • Transfer data from Excel spreadsheets into specialized software systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Utilize advanced Excel formulas to organize and process data effectively. • Maintain high levels of precision during data entry and verification to uphold data integrity. • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of data across platforms. • Manage and update records within the Jonas Club software. • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in data reporting processes. • Operate provided equipment for efficient data entry tasks. • Support the team with administrative tasks, including document organization and proofreading. • Follow established procedures to maintain consistent and organized data management practices. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge of formulas and functions. • Demonstrated ability to type quickly and accurately. • Familiarity with Jonas Club software is preferred but not required. • Strong organizational skills for managing data and ensuring process efficiency. • Keen attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of data. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • At least 3 years of experience in data reporting, data entry, or related roles. • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
